Kristi is our leadership recruiter who truly enjoys getting to know people and what helps them do their best work. Having spent time as a spa manager and working in hospitality operations, she understands firsthand what it takes to build strong teams and create environments where people want to stay and grow. She brings that real-world experience into every hiring conversation, with a focus on people, culture, and long-term success.

Outside of work, Kristi feels most at home in nature. She loves camping, paddle boarding and kayaking, sourcing vintage jewelry, and spending time outdoors with her husband and her two pitties, Apollo and Athena, whenever possible.
