Senior Director of People & Culture
Nova joined FGG in 2017 as a Spa Manager and has grown alongside the organization ever since. Over the years, she has held several key roles within the company, including Regional Director and Director of Recruiting, before stepping into her current position as Senior Director of People and Culture.

Having worked across both operations and recruiting, Nova brings a well-rounded perspective to supporting FGG’s teams and leaders. In her current role, she focuses on people development and strengthening the company’s talent processes, while also supporting recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives across all FGG locations.

While she wears many hats, everything Nova does ties back to what she is most passionate about — supporting and developing the incredible people who make up the FGG team.
