Robyn recently joined the FGG team and oversees Human Resources operations, partnering with leadership to support employees, ensure compliance, strengthen organizational culture, and align HR initiatives with the company's business objectives.

 

With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Robyn is known for building collaborative relationships, improving organizational effectiveness, and developing practical solutions that support both employees and the business. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and maintains both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
