“Three years ago today, my (former) spa was sold. I remember feeling SO heartbroken and uncertain. I had no idea what was coming next, and I questioned whether I was truly equipped for the level of leadership I was about to walk into. What I couldn’t see then was that this transition would become one of the most defining moments of my career. Over the past three years with FGG, I’ve been mentored, challenged, trusted, and supported in ways that completely reshaped me - not just as a leader, but as a human. I’ve learned what it looks like to operate with high standards, think more strategically, and develop others with intention, accountability & kindness. For a long time, I underestimated myself. I knew I had high energy, strong work ethic & a big personality, and thought that could carry me. I didn’t think I had the strategic depth or leadership instincts to grow beyond that. Instead, I discovered that I simply hadn’t been developed yet. Being surrounded by leaders who challenged and believed in me helped me uncover strengths I didn’t know were there. I’m incredibly proud of the leader I’m becoming. I’ve found a deep passion for training excellence and building strong teams, and I will never take for granted how rare it is to truly love the organization you’re part of.
